PowerTrain Programs

A Comprehensive evaluation is performed on each athlete, assessing functional strength, muscle imbalance, physical limitations, body composition and athletic performance. Once the strengths and limiting factors of each individual are identified a comprehensive training program is prescribed addressing the strength, power, and speed aspects of the athlete's sport, position and limiting factors
as well as the mobility, flexibility and nutritional components of athletic performance. All Power Train programs are individually tailored to each athlete's needs and implemented with ONE-ON-ONE training
to ensure safety and maximal results. All of our training progams will improve your health, transform
your physique and maximize your performance like no other.

Intensive Full-Day Program

Our intensive full-day program is a multi-session 6-day a week program with focus on the individual athlete. Designed specifically for athletes preparing for a specific event of competition, such as the NFL Combine/Pro-Day, the program runs between 4-8 weeks, with a mimimum commitment of 4 weeks of training. Each athlete will spend an average of 4-6 hours a day of extensive performance enhancement training coupled with aggressive regeneration therapy allowing the athlete to maximize their true athletic potential. Our performance specialist will closely monitor and motivate each athlete on a ONE-ON-ONE basis, focusing on proper technique and exemplifying the positive emergy required to elevate each athletes confidence and intensity to the highest possible level.

Elite Power Program

Similar in structure to the intensive full-day program, our Elite Power Program is designed for the resident athlete searching for an intense off-season workout. This program was created for the Professional Athlete who demands quailty and results within a limited time of the off-season. The Elite Power Program runs 8-16 weeks during the off-season of all major professional sports. Each athlete will spend an average of 1-3 hours a day working ONE-ON-ONE with our performance specialist, focusing on performance enhancement training and regeneration therapy. Our private training center allows the professional athlete the exclusivity of training in an optimal environment where intensity and passion run high.
