Individualized Sports Performance Training

It’s not enough to provide results… serious athletes need the right results. A place kicker has entirely different training needs than a quarterback, and a quarterback has different needs than an NBA center, an NHL defenseman or a professional tennis player. Power Train provides a performance conditioning programs that are individually designed for each athlete’s specific needs.

Initial Assessment & Goal Setting

We’ll start by testing your function strength, muscle imbalance and physical limitations, body composition and athletic performance. After your evaluation we’ll design a comprehensive performance training program prescribed to meet your individual goals, to address the strength, power and speed aspects of your sport and position, as well as the mobility, flexibility and nutritional components of your performance.

Power Train Programming

We combine strength and speed training using free weights, machines, sand pits, stadium steps, band walls, body weight and dumbbells to create an unmatched workout. We are not in the health club business – our unique, conveniently located training facilities are specifically designed for high performance training sessions.

Trained Performance Coaches

Every personal performance coach has been rigorously trained in the fitness principles, techniques and performance-enhancement regimens that have produced positive results for professional, amateur and student athletes in every major sport and athletic endeavor. They are knowledgeable, upbeat, and will push you to achieve your personal best.
