Get to Know the Team at York
Tim & Pat

We are confident that we have some of the best coaches in the business here at Power Train. This post will be the first of many “Get to Know the Coaches at …”  to provide a deeper look into who exactly the trainers are at each of our locations. Personal connections and client relationships have always been a key component of the Power Train experience. This is why we believe it so important for our athletes to really know their coaches! To kick off this new series, we sat down and had a little Q&A with our York staff, composed of Director Tim Esham and Assistant Director Pat Staub. Tim and Pat are the dynamic duo at our York facility who bring a deep passion and fierce energy every time they step on the training floor.
